REFUNDS POLICIES
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business working days.
Late/Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or give us a call and our customer care will guide you through the process.
Shipping: Provided the product is eligible for the return we will arrange for the return shipping. If you decide on a replacement in that case depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. In case you pay for the return shipping we will reimburse it to you. If you are shipping an item over INR 2500/- you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure and guarantee that your returned item has been sent and received.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy The customer can cancel the order for the product till Glein Pharma., ships it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled but the customer may refuse to accept it when the shipment arrives. In that case, there will be an automated RTO Return to Office by the courier company. Once the product is delivered back we will refund your payment. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, the non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. Glein Pharma. also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Glein Pharma., as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz: i. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale; ii. Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address; iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered; iv. Invalid address given in order details; v. Any malpractice used to place the order. No cancellation charges shall be levied for the cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
