End to End Process

 Learn about featured products on the home page.

 To Buy Select Products Tab on the Home page.

 Scroll and Select the products of choice.

 Add Single of Multiple Products in the Cart.

 Review the cart for added products and prices.

 Add or remove products, if necessary, now.

 Select “Checkout Now” to Purchase products

 Select the preferred mode of payment.

 Proceed to make the online payment.

 Provide correct details for Shipping tracking & Invoice.

 Once Payment is captured the Order will be in the queue

 The Order is processed by fulfillment staff within 1-2 days.

 The products will be shipped via standard shipping.

 Customer receives the product within 4-7 days.

 If Cash on Delivery the payment is made accordingly.

 In case the product is wrong, faulty, defective or not the correct item, a return can be initiated after giving a call to customer care or sending an email to admin@gleinmed.com with invoice and product details.

 Once an untampered, unmodified unopened or a faulty product is received by and verified by gleinmed.com’s compliance team, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method by the client.
