SHIPPING POLICIES
All of the below Shipping Rates and Shipping Times are based on orders from India.
Shipping Rates: Free Shipping on Orders Above INR 499.
Prepaid Orders below INR 499: Flat shipping rate INR 75 only.
COD Cash on Delivery Orders below INR 499: Flat shipping rate INR 95 only.
For expedited services don't hesitate to get in touch with customer care for shipping rates. Processing & Shipping Times Processing Times Orders are processed within a maximum of 2-3 working days. Orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday - Friday, or before noon on Saturday, begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm Monday - Friday, or after noon Saturday, will begin processing on the following working business day (unless it’s a national holiday). Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday afternoon & Sunday) will begin processing the following Monday (unless this Monday falls on a holiday in India). DELIVERY POLICIES
We aim to have your supplies to you within 3-7 business days. We make every reasonable effort to process your order within 24 hours or less. Orders placed before 4 pm, Monday to Friday, will begin fulfilment on the same day. Orders placed after noon on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday. The shipping times vary based on location, product, and factors out of our control. You may have your order within the week if you order on Monday. Factors out of our control may include such factors as, yet not limited to, extreme weather conditions, environmental factors (as you know), and the volume of local postal services or couriers. RETURN POLICIES
Returns Our policy lasts 2 days from the date of product delivery to you. If 2 days have gone by since the receipt of the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have to inform us about the reason for the return through email within 1 day of receipt of the goods and return the goods timely to reach us in the specified period as mentioned above. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, untampered, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the customer will pay to dispatch the product.
